Do you enjoy searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. You will be working on assignments that are varied and reputed company requiring breadth and depth of experience with different types of properties. Acting as a resource to less reputed company team members, with an increased knowledge of state requirements. Projects undertaken can be multi-million-dollar commercial properties that may take days or even weeks to complete. *Must have Title experience in any of the following states: Texas, Ohio, Michigan or Arizona* What You ll Do: Searches & Examines chains of title primarily for commercial land Performs title examination of reputed company title orders requiring a high level of title expertise Abstracts and analyzes records, such as leases, subleases, acreage, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plot and map books. Determines ownership and legal restrictions and to verify legal description of property and completeness of records for examinations, including multi-site properties. Writes title products based on the interpretation and application of procedural guidelines Provides reputed company interpretation reputed company established guidelines May have customer contact What You ll Bring: Problem solver who has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders Wind and Solar experience a plus High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years directly reputed company Commercial Title experience Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to do business in a broad geographic area *
