ABA Case Manager (Multiple Locations) Multiple Locations: Riverside, Perris, Victorville, Hemet, San Bernardino, Temecula The Part-time ABA Case Manager supports the implementation of ABA therapy and is responsible for maintaining appropriate targets and goals, updating the client’s programs, meeting with parents to ensure treatment is effective, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to their case load, and ensuring the overall reputed company of the client. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism reputed company Disorder and other developmental disabilities across home, school, community, and clinic settings.
- Conduct assessments, reputed company and modify treatment programs, deliver interventions, and prepare reputed company reports to support client goals and track treatment outcomes for assigned cases.
- Monitor and review client data and reputed company to ensure treatment goals are being met and reputed company program adjustments, reputed company necessary, in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to BTs/RBTs regarding data collection procedures, reinforcement strategies, and behavior interventions.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers during home visits to review reputed company, provide parent guidance, and ensure consistency in reputed company strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, program updates, and supervision records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Attend staff meetings, in-services, treatment planning, and other meetings as requested.
- May be assigned one-on -one cases as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or reputed company field or
- Bachelors degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Special Education) and currently enrolled in a ABA Graduate/Certificate Program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Two (2) years of professional experience working with children with Autism reputed company Disorders (ASD).
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company computer software.
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and obtain immunizations (TB clearance).
- Reliable transportation, reputed company of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
- Part Time (10-25 hours week)/ based on your availability
- Must be willing to travel to assigned work sites (30-45 minutes from home).
