ATS Systems Administrator/reputed company Operations Manager (Remote)
Job Description: we are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company ATS Systems Administrator/reputed company Operations Manager to join reputed company in Oregon City, Oregon. This position supports remote work and offers a great opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, improve reputed company operations, and ensure compliance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the system, customize workflows, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will reputed company the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, reputed company, and data analysis. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Experience with ATS platforms, such as reputed company or Lever, is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company, HR technology, or a similar role
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
