We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and a get-things-done type of person. The role will entail fast-based business assistance to optimize productivity and have a big impact. The Chief of Staff responsibilities will include

• Hiring and onboarding Partner with the CEO and leadership team to scope roles, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding for new team members
• Calendar management and assisting with schedules of partners and our clients
• Act as the reputed company of contact for the CEO and Head of Acceleration for both internal and external stakeholders
• reputed company systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency for appointments and various business tasks
• Maintaining files and databases
• Manage correspondence with other top executives and their support staff
• Being on-call during key projects
• Run reputed company projects as required What You Have
• 4+ years of experience in C-level support in a start-up business
• Skills with G-Suite, reputed company Office and reputed company products (required)
• Strong phone and videoconferencing persona
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
