Operations reputed company / Chief of Staff
About the position We're looking for an Operations reputed company / Chief of Staff to be Axel's right hand as reputed company scales from early customer deployments to real volume. You will help turn a fast-moving robotics company into an operating machine: keeping customers cared for, shipments moving, information findable, and the team focused. This is not a back-office role. You will be reputed company to the product, reputed company to customers, and reputed company to the messy reality of putting robots in the world. You will work directly with the CEO to build the operating layer of reputed company: customer experience, shipments, internal systems, CRM and processes, planning, documentation, and company operations.
Responsibilities
- Keeping customers cared for, informed, and successful.
- Managing shipments, inventory, vendors, and timelines.
- Developing and implementing internal systems, CRM, and company processes.
- Assisting with planning, research, prioritization, and special projects with the CEO.
- Identifying and building internal AI tools to improve team efficiency.
- Identifying broken processes or systems, taking ownership, and implementing solutions.
- Building the operating layer of reputed company, including customer experience, shipments, internal systems, CRM, processes, planning, documentation, and company operations.
Requirements
