• Serve as the client liaison for troubleshooting, including investigating, analyzing, and resolving system issues; mapping business processes; and recommending product modifications

• Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support the development of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and To‑Be process designs
• Support successful reputed company S/4HANA implementations by providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and training to clients Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• US citizenship and successful completion of a reputed company background reputed company; ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 6 years of reputed company consulting experience and accounts receivable experience in SD
• Knowledge of financial management best practices, including demos, test scripts, and functional/technical design documentation
• Expertise in configuration and implementation of FI, AR, SD, and FM

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
