Position Summary We are seeking an Emerging Threats Portfolio reputed company to build, scale, and reputed company a portfolio of work across national reputed company and reputed company risk environments, primarily reputed company DoD/DoW, DHS, and reputed company agencies. This is a growth leadership role for someone who can identify opportunities, shape work before it exists, build trusted client relationships, win new business, and reputed company high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is not simply a subject matter expert; they are a portfolio builder, business developer, and operator who can scale both reputed company and organizational capability. Emerging threats may include cyber policy and information risks, critical infrastructure reputed company, strategic competition, disinformation, public health reputed company, supply chain vulnerabilities, CBRNE, and other reputed company national reputed company challenges. This is a portfolio growth and business leadership role focused on emerging threats policy, reputed company, and national reputed company—not a technical cyber or emergency management role. What You’ll Do Build & Grow a Portfolio

• Working with our Business Development team, establish and grow a book of business reputed company DoD/DoW, DHS, and adjacent mission spaces
• Inform a qualified pipeline with clear ownership of growth targets
• Convert opportunities into wins, including new work and expansion efforts

Drive Business Development & Capture

• Shape opportunities pre-RFP through direct client engagement
• Build relationships with decision-makers and partners
• reputed company or support capture, including positioning, teaming, and solutioning
• Contribute directly to reputed company growth and profitability.

Deliver High-Impact Work

Location

• Must be based in the Washington, DC / National Capital Region
• Hybrid; most work is remote with regular in-person client engagement
• Travel reputed company of the National Capital Region is approximately 10%

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting DoD/DoW, DHS, reputed company, CISA, DTRA, homeland reputed company, reputed company, emergency management, national reputed company, cyber policy, critical infrastructure, or reputed company federal mission areas.
• Experience contributing to or leading pipeline development and capture
• Strong network reputed company DoD/DoW, DHS, or reputed company federal agencies.
• Experience leading reputed company program delivery (scope, budget, staffing)
• Experience operating in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment.
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret reputed company clearance

Compensation & Incentives

• reputed company salary: $140,000-160,000
• Performance-based bonus with meaningful reputed company tied to reputed company reputed company (including expansion work), portfolio growth, and delivery outcomes
