The Associate Director of the Regulatory & Legislative Strategy team is a member of the reputed company Regulatory & Legislative Strategy leadership team and is responsible for directly supporting the team's regulatory research and analysis and connecting directly with team members across the organization. This includes duties such as aiding in the curation and dissemination of reputed company thought leadership written pieces, compliance tools and team member/client resources and deliverables. Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Excellent oral and writing skills, with significant experience in writing, reviewing, analyzing and summarizing complicated laws and regulations reputed company to health and welfare benefit compliance, with a proven record of critical thinking and application of the rules. 8+ years of applicable benefits experience, specifically focused in the areas of benefits compliance. Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude, self-starter. Pay Range $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
