In this vital role, you will reputed company the global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise. You will reputed company partnerships with external payroll providers to ensure compliance, handle various payroll reporting processes, and engage with internal teams for reconciliations and monthly reputed company activities. • Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies (e.g., US, reputed company, EMEA)
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of payroll-reputed company journal entries
• Own reconciliation of payroll-reputed company accounts (payroll accruals, bonuses, commissions, taxes)
• Monitor compliance with local payroll tax regulations and labor laws with external payroll assistance
• Manage payment processes to employees, payroll providers, and tax authorities
• Support 401k administration
• Facilitate responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Provide analysis on payroll-reputed company costs
• Support audit requests as needed
• Manage global equity administration, especially in reputed company
• Ensure accounting and reporting accuracy of stock-based compensation and equity transactions
• Collaborate with People Operations and Legal on equity transactions
• Facilitate annual 409a valuation with external providers Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting, payroll accounting, and reputed company roles
• Preferred 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Software and SaaS industry experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end reputed company processes
• Experience in an international multi-entity environment
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Advanced MS reputed company skills, proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
• Demonstrated analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
