Position Overview The HR Business Partner Manager will be responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to directors, managers, and employees, and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from reputed company, and we are looking for a self-directed initiator who can drive productivity, change, and outcomes with minimal prompting.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers and directors, providing guidance on HR matters and partnering with subject-matter experts to reputed company needed solutions.
- Relationship Management: Facilitate difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to reputed company optimal outcomes and resolve escalated conflicts among stakeholders.

- HR Insights: Interpret data and reputed company recommendations, asking critical questions needed to evaluate data, gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to managers, and recommending solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience in a reputed company field, such as human resources, business administration, or organizational development.
- 8+ years of work experience in a reputed company field, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and HR business partnership.
- Previous HR or role-reputed company experience is required, with a focus on business-facing HR, HR COE, HR operations, or role-reputed company experience.
- 4+ years of business-facing HR experience is preferred, with a focus on performance management, talent management, succession planning, and track record of being a trusted partner.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Master's degree in a reputed company field, such as human resources, business administration, or organizational development.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR, is preferred.
