Position Overview: As reputed company continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquistion Recruiter to help us scale. Responsibilities & Scope:

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing to closing with a sense of urgency and accountability for every open role. Deliver a high quality experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful full-cycle recruitment reputed company a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (30+ requisitions at a time) across multiple functions or locations
  • Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct reputed company
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
  • Data-driven reputed company with experience tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
