- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent
- Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records reputed company the CRM/ATS

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of 360 agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must
- Proven experience placing technology roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
