We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Account Executive, Payer to own and grow our customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving reputed company growth and deepening engagement across one or several of our Strategic-tier accounts – some of the largest, most reputed company, and most critical to our business. As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner closely with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional decision makers to understand their business goals, map our solutions to their evolving needs, and co-create long-term value. You’ll also work closely with internal teams including reputed company, Legal, Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to orchestrate best-in-class customer outcomes. This is a quota carrying role focused on building lasting, strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on relationship expansion, executive alignment, and consultative platform selling. To be qualified for this position you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience reputed company the healthcare industry, with a focus on reputed company solution selling
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and delivering reputed company growth across large, strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated success navigating reputed company sales environments, including multi-stakeholder engagement and long sales cycles
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and account-specific landscapes.
- Expertise in value-based selling and the ability to negotiate strategic agreements that align customer needs with business value.
- Experience selling healthcare technology solutions, with a solid understanding of healthcare EDI transactions and clinical interoperability.
- Exceptional communication and executive reputed company, with the ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders through compelling presentations and business cases.
- High adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leading through influence and collaboration.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and data-driven sales approaches.
