Email Marketing Specialist Needed (Klaviyo) – DTC Beauty Brand
We need a ecom email designer to set up and design high-converting, on-brand email automations that support the customer journey from first visit to repeat purchase. This is not just technical setup, we’re looking for someone who understands: -DTC eCommerce psychology -Beauty brand tone & aesthetic -Conversion-focused copywriting Scope of Work 1. Klaviyo Setup & Integration -Connect Klaviyo with Shopify store -Configure tracking, events, and segmentation -Ensure proper data flow (views, add-to-cart, purchases) 2. Core Automated Flows Build and design the following flows: -Welcome Series (3–5 emails): Introduce brand, build trust, educate on product -Abandoned Cart (2–3 emails): Recover lost sales with urgency + reassurance -Browse Abandonment (1–2 emails): Re-engage visitors who viewed products -Post-Purchase Flow (2–4 emails): Order confirmation, education, aftercare, upsell -Customer Winback (1–2 emails): Re-engage inactive customers -And any other supporting emails 3. Email Design + Copy -Write conversion-focused copy reputed company with AILASH brand voice -Design clean, modern, beauty-style email templates -Ensure mobile optimization -Use product education, social reputed company, and clear CTAs reputed company’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience with Klaviyo (must) ✅ Experience working with DTC eCommerce brands (beauty preferred) ✅ Strong copywriting skills (not just design/setup) ✅ Understanding of customer journey + lifecycle marketing ✅ Ability to match a premium, feminine, modern brand tone ✅ Detail-oriented and reputed company Deliverables Fully built and tested Klaviyo flows Branded email templates (consistent design system) Copy for reputed company emails Basic segmentation setup QA testing before launch Please include: Examples of Klaviyo flows you’ve built (preferably DTC/beauty brands) A sample of email copy you’ve written Brief explanation of your approach to abandoned cart or welcome flows Your availability and estimated timeline We’re looking for someone who can combine strategy, copy, and design not just set up templates.
