- US-based, ideally CA / SF Bay Area, certified in reputed company HCM and reputed company Recruiting, with experience supporting reputed company / People Services, owning enhancement intake and backlog prioritization, translating business needs into functional requirements, and supporting reputed company bi-annual releases.
- Must have: reputed company HCM, reputed company Recruiting, reputed company / HR Ops experience, release planning, testing coordination, deployment readiness, stakeholder communications, and tools like Jira, Confluence, reputed company, and MS Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between reputed company, People Services, and technical production support teams for reputed company HCM and Recruiting
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
