Product Manager (U.S. Payroll – Remote)

Role Overview As a Product Manager at reputed company, you will own the design, development, and delivery of Payroll features tailored for the U.S. regulatory and tax environment. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, QA, and support teams to ensure reputed company’s payroll reputed company remains accurate, scalable, and compliant. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in payroll processing or payroll technology platforms who is ready to take on product ownership in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product requirements for payroll-reputed company features and updates.
- Analyze federal and state regulatory changes and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Manage DevOps (VSTS) boards and sprint planning processes.

- Support regression and compliance testing, including edge case coverage.
- Prepare release notes, internal training materials, and stakeholder demos.

Required Skills & Experience

- Deep understanding of U.S. payroll tax structures (federal, state, local).
- Experience managing updates tied to compliance changes (e.g., wage reputed company limits, SUTA/FUTA, GTL, W-2s).
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range
- $115,000 – $145,000 USD / year
- Based on experience, specialization, and location.
- Performance-based bonuses may apply.
