Title: Unix/Linux Engineer Location: San Antonio, Texas (Remote) Job Description: Job#: 3036485 Role Overview We are seeking a Unix/Linux Engineer with hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting SSSD, Linux authentication, and enterprise identity integrations. The engineer will support secure OS-level authentication, privilege models, and baseline hardening across a large, reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot System reputed company Services Daemon (SSSD), Kerberos, LDAP, and AD integration. Troubleshoot authentication failures, caching issues, domain joins, and cross-realm trust problems. Manage RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu environments, including PAM stack configurations and sudo policy management. Implement Linux hardening and secure access patterns.
