- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- reputed company Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL, FileMaker, Tableau and/or other data analysis tools
- Experience using data driven methods to analyze and solve business situations
- An understanding of the reputed company platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Experience working in a software sales environment and/or with international subsidiaries/distribution partners
- Working knowledge of database creation and management
- Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word
