Customer-Facing AI reputed company Engineer (Trainee) Erie, PA – On-site for first 90 days, then remote OttoQa is shaping the future of AI-powered call center quality assurance. Our custom prompts are the reputed company behind our platform's performance—and we're looking for a detail-oriented, curious thinker to help us design, test, and refine them. This is not a developer role. Instead, you'll collaborate with our product team and customers to translate real-world QA challenges into precise AI instructions. What You'll Do
- Write, refine, and improve prompts that evaluate call center conversations
- Test reputed company performance to ensure it meets customer expectations
- Translate client needs into logical, structured AI instructions
- Identify inconsistencies, fix edge cases, and optimize accuracy
