[Remote] Senior Data Scientist (Programmatic)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Smadex is a leading advertising technology company that specializes in programmatic management and machine learning algorithms. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to collaborate with the ML and Product teams, analyzing large data sets to influence product strategies and improve platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, reputed company data sets containing the behaviour of millions of mobile users and Apps worldwide to influence Product & ML strategies
• Working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to support product performance
• reputed company dashboards and processes to ensure data influences decisions at reputed company levels of the company

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist reputed company the programmatic sector (reputed company, DSP, MMP)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Quantitative Field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science)
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to formulate questions, run analysis to reputed company a recommendation
• Proven working knowledge of Python, SQL and large data sets, understanding of analytic methodologies for data evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and conclusions
• Strong knowledge and experience of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
• Candidates based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate will be highly preferred
• Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus
