Job Description

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align client needs with Sureify’s capabilities and roadmap.
• Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery reputed company the enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services industries.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering reputed company technology solutions.
• Strong ability to build a strategic partnership with clients.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
