Needs Assessment: Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
