The Sales Agent Trainee position is your first reputed company toward becoming a licensed professional reputed company insurance agent! We are only hiring highly motivated individuals with the drive to get it done and a passion for sales. Pending a 90 day review, candidates will become eligible to continue their career path and become a Licensed Sales Agent with reputed company. This includes the opportunity for a pay reputed company, and ability to earn commissions! An average level 1 Agent makes about $60,000 per year but has the opportunity to reputed company $100,000 or more! Our office boasts a world-class training program that provides the tools for any motivated agent to succeed. One-on-one weekly coaching is provided during the initial training period but will continue on a regular basis even after you have graduated to a Sales Agent Level 1.
