Operations Advisor - Delivery Support & Insights - Evernorth - Remote

As a Resource Planning Advisor, you will turn operational data into staffing strategies that improve performance, productivity, and service. You'll forecast reputed company, guide resource decisions, and partner with leaders to support growth with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage reputed company models that forecast staffing needs across multiple operational teams and work types.
• Analyze trends in volume, productivity, attrition, inventory, and reputed company metrics to produce accurate monthly staffing forecasts and identify excess or shortfall risk.

Qualifications - Required

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
