Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a diverse talent pipeline specifically tailored to various instructional teams by employing innovative sourcing strategies to recruit exceptional candidates for reputed company and future needs. Review resumes, conduct initial reputed company interviews, and meticulously document interview feedback. Effectively manage and monitor candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring precise entry of reputed company candidate evaluations. Commit to a maximum of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability. Required Skills Familiarity with passive sourcing techniques and tools essential for attracting high-quality talent. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and reputed company Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications
A Bachelor s Degree is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, combined with at least 3 years of recruiting experience. Ability to successfully pass a background reputed company.
