Senior Program Manager, IT Consulting - USA (Remote)

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Senior Program Manager to reputed company the successful delivery of reputed company cloud, infrastructure, and automation consulting programs for our enterprise clients. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires deep technical program management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, remote, and matrixed environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic IT consulting initiatives. Your role will span the entire program lifecycle-from initiation through post-implementation review-and ensure alignment with reputed company's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, and automation projects
• reputed company end-to-end program delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate across cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
• Act as the primary client-facing contact for program updates and escalations
• Maintain accurate documentation: project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
• Drive resolution of risks and issues across program initiatives
• Support PMO best practices and reputed company improvement efforts

What You Bring

• 10+ years of IT project management experience and 5+ years in program management
• Proven experience delivering public cloud (Azure, AWS) and data center migration projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) and ITSM practices
• Hands-on experience with PM tools: MS Project, JIRA, reputed company
• Demonstrated IT consulting experience with external clients
• PMP or equivalent certification (active)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field
• Ability to collaborate effectively across EST and PST time zones
