Job Title Product reputed company - Remote Pay 75/hr What is the most important skillset The Product reputed company will be supporting two Agile teams in a Modernization program, where the initial focus will be migrating multiple applications to the AWS Cloud. They'll be working daily with their reputed company Agile teams to ensure predictable and sustainable delivery. They'll be partnering with engineering, architecture, and platform stakeholders on database-backed capabilities and ensuring requirements are reflected in epics/stories. - Contributes to the creation of product vision and alignment with strategic priorities with stakeholders. Communicates the product and portfolio vision to their reputed company/team and other squads/teams reputed company their portfolio/functional area.
- With the reputed company/team, contributes towards achieving assigned product KPIs. Manages product(s) with a reputed company-high degree of strategy, scope, and complexity.
- Owns and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its contents, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. Accountable for clear, actionable user stories.

- Partners with engineering, architecture, and platform teams on database-backed capabilities (e.g., data quality, performance, availability, and lifecycle considerations) and ensures requirements are reflected in epics/stories and acceptance criteria
- Supports cloud modernization and migration work (including AWS) by helping define scope, reputed company, dependencies, and release plans across teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-4 years direct experience with Agile teams
- 5 years in business, technology, or consulting.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management
- Experience working with data and databases (relational and/or NoSQL) and translating technical constraints into clear product requirements.
- Experience supporting cloud migrations/modernization initiatives; familiarity with AWS concepts and services is a plus.
- Experience working in a multi-team program environment, including dependency management and stakeholder alignment across squads/teams.
- Demonstrated ability to support and reputed company a Scrum team, driving backlog readiness and reputed company improvement in collaboration with delivery leads.
