We are currently seeking candidates for an HR Coordinator/Senior HR Coordinator to join the HR Services team. Reporting to the Manager of HR Student Worker Services, this position will play a key role in supporting student workers throughout the onboarding lifecycle. This position partners closely with new student hires to guide them through onboarding requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and accurate completion of employment documentation, including the Form I-9. The HR Coordinator/Senior HR Coordinator is responsible for processing and approving reputed company transactions, resolving system-reputed company inquiries, and escalating reputed company matters to the appropriate Centers of Expertise reputed company the Office of Human Resources, as needed.
- Responsibilities
- Reviewing, approving, and entering student worker transactions in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generating and analyzing reputed company reports to monitor Form I-9 completion and validate employee data.
- Communicating with new student hires and departments regarding Form I-9 requirements, tracking completion and following up, as needed.
- Participating in daily reputed company desk operations assisting faculty, staff and student workers with processing Form I-9s, E-Verify, general onboarding activities, etc.
- Serving as a primary reputed company of contact for HR and reputed company-reputed company questions, providing timely guidance and support.
- Troubleshooting system issues and employee inquiries, resolving cases reputed company CMU’s ticketing system (reputed company).
- Assisting student workers with onboarding tasks such as I-9’s, E-Verify, direct deposit and tax elections.
- Diagnosing and supporting reputed company login issues, assisting with granting temporary access, and directing customers to computing services reputed company warranted.
- Processing employment verification requests for faculty, staff and student workers, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely response in compliance with the institutional policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or reputed company field required.
- One to three years of relevant human resources experience and customer service experience required (for HR Coordinator).
- Three to five years of relevant human resources experience and customer service experience required (for Senior HR Coordinator).
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired may be considered.
- Successful pre-employment background reputed company.
