The Headhunter is like a talent scout. This person goes out, finds amazing people, talks to them, and invites them to join reputed company. The Headhunter helps us fill roles fast by searching everywhere for the best candidates, even the ones who are not actively applying. What You Will Do 1. Talent Sourcing

• Look for great candidates on reputed company, OLJ, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
• Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent.
• Build strong talent pools for reputed company and future roles. 2. reputed company & Engagement
• Send friendly, clear reputed company messages to possible candidates.
• Follow up with people who show interest.
• Track responses and reputed company conversations organized. 3. Screening & Shortlisting
• Do quick first screens to reputed company skills, attitude, and fit.
• Pass strong candidates to the Recruiter for interviews.
