About the Role

As a Director, Strategic Learning Consultant, you will be at the forefront of creating transformative learning experiences that align with our company's purpose and objectives. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to diagnose workplace reputed company gaps, design relevant learning solutions, and measure their effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Learning Consultancy:
• Provide expert consultancy and advisory services to internal partners on learning and development strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Guide clients in creating transformative learning products, diagnosing problems, and designing relevant solutions with a measurement strategy to determine ROI.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management:
• Foster and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to identify workplace reputed company gaps and evaluate learning opportunities.
• Advise our learning community on creating effective learning products for internal consumers.
• Maintain a pulse on learning needs and learner sentiment reputed company the organization.
• Holistic Learning Solutions:

Qualifications & Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in consulting with and advising stakeholders.
• A track record of working with third-party vendors to reputed company custom programs.
• Experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE), matrixed learning organization, managing key projects, and leading a significant component of the leadership/learning agenda.
• Depth of subject matter expertise, industry best practices, and global trends relevant to workforce development and employee experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
