The Manager, Associate Relations - Investigations Team position investigates reputed company types of employment complaints and provides proactive recommendations to HR business partners and business leaders on employee relations issues. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal OR Risk Management experience At least 3 years of investigation experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in a team corporate environment At least 5 years of Human Resources or Legal experience, focused on employment investigations SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or reputed company/similar certifications Experience conducting reputed company types of employment investigations Basic knowledge of employment law and practices At this time, reputed company will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. reputed company (Hybrid On-Site): $147,800 - $168,700 for Manager, Associate Relations Remote (Regardless of Location): $125,300 - $143,000 for Manager, Associate Relations Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
