Job title: Online Instructor - Biology Company: State of Louisiana Job description: Supplemental Information Online Instructor - Biology Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) seeks to fill the position of Online Instructor - Biology is located in the Division of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. This is a part-time position, and is open for recruitment. Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in biology or a biology reputed company discipline or a master's degree or higher in medical or health reputed company discipline (i.e. M.D., D.V.M., D.D.S.), or a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in a biological or life science area. Acceptable disciplines and coursework include but are not limited to: agricultural sciences (i.e. agronomy), anatomy, biochemistry, biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, biology/science education (maximum of 6 graduate semester hours can be applied to the 18 graduate semester hours required), biomedical sciences, biosciences, biotechnology, botany, cancer biology, cell biology, conservation-wildlife/plant/animal, exercise science, exercise physiology, evolutionary biology, embryology, entomology, environmental science, environmental biology, ecology, genetics, immunology, limnology, mammology, marine sciences, marine biology, medical sciences, microbiology - soil/medical/veterinary, molecular biology, mycology, physiology, neurobiology, neuroscience, nutritional sciences, ornithology, pathology, pathophysiology, parasitology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, physical therapy, physiology, plant and animal sciences, public health epidemiology/infectious disease/toxicology, veterinary sciences, virology, zoology.
