We currently seek a Regional Organizer to join our Organizing team. In this role… You will do invaluable work: Recruit and Grow Our Volunteer Network

• Identify and engage new volunteers by recognizing energy, interest, and potential.
• Build connections and invest in volunteers to help them get involved and take action for animals.

Retain and Support Volunteers

• Manage and improve organizing systems, including engagement platforms, volunteer records, communication tools, reporting systems, and supply inventories.

Your qualifications will take our Organizing team to the next level:

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, stay organized, and maintain momentum with minimal supervision.
• Strong project-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to meet competing deadlines independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships, cultivating volunteer communities, and supporting individuals as they grow into leadership roles.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate volunteers through compelling storytelling (public-speaking experience a plus).
• Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented thinking, with a commitment to experimentation, feedback, and reputed company improvement.

Compensation and Benefits (nonexempt) Earn an annual salary of $47,400 to $56,000 USD (paid hourly), depending on qualifications.
