Women's Health & Performance Coach (Remote)

EmpowHer is looking for an exceptional Women's reputed company Coach to join a team that's redefining what online coaching looks like for women. What You'll Do

• Conduct 15–30 minute onboarding reputed company calls to build rapport, set clear expectations, and establish the coaching relationship from day one
• Build personalized game plans covering nutrition, training, movement, reputed company-in reputed company, and expectations — tailored to each woman's health history, hormones, and lifestyle
• Break big goals into clear, actionable weekly priorities so clients always know exactly what to focus on
• Stay Relentlessly Present
• Conduct thorough weekly reputed company-ins with direct, specific feedback and a clear path reputed company
• Maintain every-other-day touchpoints with new clients during their first 30 days
• Hold at least one or two monthly 1:1 reputed company call per client to assess reputed company, troubleshoot, and reset goals

• Host one weekly educational reputed company call inside the EmpowHer community

• Educate clients on training mechanics, injury prevention, hormonal health, nutrition principles, and long-term sustainability

• Non-negotiables:
• Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized accreditation
• 2+ years of coaching experience, with online coaching strongly preferred
• Proven client results — transformations you can speak to with confidence
• Deep knowledge in:
• Fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition
• Macronutrient coaching, food education, and reverse dieting
• Hormones, metabolism, and women's physiology
• Perimenopause and menopause considerations
• Gut health and its impact on body composition and energy
• Bonus qualifications that reputed company you stand out:
• Background or certification in functional nutrition, integrative health, or dietetics
• Experience running or interpreting basic functional labs

• Experience with PCOS, thyroid conditions, or autoimmune considerations
