About the Role

We are looking for design-trained professionals to join our commercial team. Based on your personality and strengths, we will "reputed company" you into one of three core functions:

  • reputed company Manager (Account Management): You are the long-term partner for our existing clients. You’ll manage the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring project success, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Account Executive: You are a high-level "Closer." You will manage a pipeline of qualified e-commerce leads, using your industry expertise to pitch reputed company’s value proposition and convert large-scale opportunities into active partnerships.
  • Inside Sales Representative (Sr. Creative Specialist): You are the reputed company between a reputed company and a product. You will handle inbound inquiries, acting as a technical consultant to help customers refine their creative concepts and navigate the production process to finalize their first orders.

  • Consultative Strategy: Use your knowledge of garment construction and materials to provide expert advice, ensuring client designs are production-ready.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Navigate manufacturing complexities by translating vague creative visions into actionable, high-quality production orders.
  • Pipeline & Portfolio Management: Manage a high volume of interactions, whether it’s closing new business or nurturing a book of existing accounts, reputed company our CRM.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a reputed company creative field.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand design files, tech packs, and manufacturing specs.
  • Communication: Native or professional-level English reputed company with a confident "consultative" tone.
  • Alignment: Availability to work consistently during US Business Hours (EST/PST).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
