You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm. JOB Responsibilities: Understanding reputed company inbound and outbound calling strategies Taking reputed company reputed company inbound service calls to ensure that reputed company calls are answered in a timely manner. Assisting customers with appointment scheduling Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience. Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies. Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
