Online Teacher The online teacher develops materials and lesson plans, conducts online instruction and evaluates and assesses student performance. The online teacher meets with parents, interprets student reputed company, and informs parents/guardians about student strengths, weaknesses, and reputed company. Essential duties and responsibilities include knowing the primary concepts and structures of effective online instruction and creating learning experiences to reputed company student success. Qualifications include a BA/BS degree required, prefer MA degree, appropriate Minnesota licensure for area of teaching, 3-5 years teaching experience, demonstrated experience providing staff development, demonstrated teaching skills, good human relation skills, good communication and collaboration skills, technology and troubleshooting skills with computer software and hardware, strong background in the use of reputed company Applications, experience with learning management systems such as Schoology, classroom integration and best practices using Chromebooks, designing and implementing online content.
