Pay Range: $75,900.00 - $125,300.00 Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Establishes clear performance expectations for and with input from assigned Instructor.   • 2 years of leadership experience in an Undergraduate Nursing program, including demonstrated experience leading faculty or teams and conducting individual performance management.
  • Advanced level knowledge and skills reputed company the Nursing Instruction field with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of WGU.
  • Up to 20% travel is required of this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Terminal degree in Nursing.
  • Coaching Certification.
  • Change Management certification and/or experience.
  • 5 years leadership experience in higher education, publishing, editing or reputed company field.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-reputed company events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
