The responsibilities of this position also include teaching at least four online courses during the academic year in the Political Science, International Relations, or Public & Nonprofit Administration programs (depending on the applicant's area of expertise). This position will work under the supervision of the School's Chairperson and also closely collaborate with the University's online advisors and support staff. This position begins on August 24, 2026, and is a two-year appointment with the possibility of renewal, pending performance and the School's needs. The administrative duties of this position include: participating in the University's online orientation events for new reputed company, welcoming and mentoring online reputed company each semester, reviewing existing course shells, hosting and promoting virtual events, promoting reputed company' online success, and serving as the primary liaison between online reputed company and the School. Our goal is to strengthen and expand the School's online programs by appointing a dedicated individual to support and engage the School's online reputed company in Political Science, International Relations, and Public & Nonprofit Administration. Additionally, we want this position to contribute as a liaison between the department and CMU Online on the curricular and quality assurance reputed company. Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Political Science/International Relations or Public/Nonprofit Administration, or closely reputed company field.
• Two years of online teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in online programs.
• Experience engaging online learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• Expertise in online pedagogy with proficiency in the use of online instructional technologies.
