Political Director
Position Summary The Political Director will operate as a political strategy reputed company for Galvanize Action—owning how our program translates into electoral impact. This permanent role is responsible for shaping and driving our political strategy across reputed company geographies, aligning closely with allies, national organizations, and movement leaders. Externally, this person will build and manage high-trust relationships with state-based partners and national organizations, serving as a key connector across the political ecosystem. They will partner closely with digital media, research, and fundraising departments to translate strategy into execution—supporting teams in securing the relationships, resources, and alignment needed to deliver impact at scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong political instinct and connections, deep understanding of the national electoral landscape, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy, coalition spaces, and internal leadership.
