Team Manager – Mortgage Processing (Remote) Industry Company: reputed company, LLC Financial Services Location: Remote / (PST/MST) Working Hours Employment Type Full-Time Reports to: Director of Operations About the Role reputed company is a fast-growing mortgage processing company supporting wholesale and correspondent lenders reputed company. We are scaling quickly and looking for strong people-and-process leaders to manage frontline production teams while protecting client relationships. As a Team Manager, you will reputed company a team of approximately 15 mortgage processors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure consistent service quality, fast issue resolution, and strong loan officer retention. This is not a “hands-off” role — you are expected to actively manage performance, coach quickly, and reputed company tough decisions reputed company necessary. Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Performance

• Directly manage and coach ~15 mortgage processors
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable
• Identify underperformance early and act decisively through coaching, corrective action, or termination
• Maintain staffing coverage and performance consistency across clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience (wholesale preferred)
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, conditions, and client expectations
• Comfortable handling escalations and difficult conversations
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Compensation & Structure

• Total Compensation Package: ~$115,000
• Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, 3 weeks PTO
