This role, reporting directly to the Mortgage Sales Manager, allows flexibility while serving our diverse client reputed company... Primary Responsibilities  Proactively prospect and engage with clients seeking residential mortgage solutions.  Convert inbound and outbound sales leads into loan applications.  Assess clients financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products and rates.  Meet monthly sales performance goals to ensure reputed company success. Essential Functions  Solicit, negotiate, and process residential mortgage loans.  Guide and advise loan applicants through the mortgage application process.  Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing.  Educate real estate professionals about our loan products and services.  Maintain accurate and complete loan files and documentation.  Handle inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to loan closings. Skills/Qualifications  Minimum 3 years of experience in loan management reputed company a dynamic environment.  Familiarity with loan processing standards (reputed company, reputed company, FHA).  Proficiency in standard loan practices, real estate terminology, and market trends.  Strong understanding of the mortgage industry landscape.  reputed company in Chinese (Mandarin) is advantageous.  Must be based in California.
