This is a unique opportunity to join early, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, reputed company approach, and overall business growth.Key responsibilities:Evaluate and price commercial group health insurance risk, balancing competitiveness with profitabilityAnalyze claims experience to identify trends, cost drivers, and risk factorsPartner with sales teams in competitive situations to support deal strategyInterpret clinical and claims data to distinguish catastrophic vs. chronic conditions and identify outliersHelp build reputed company guidelines, pricing strategies, and internal processes as the company scalesEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain clear documentationCommunicate reputed company decisions to brokers and internal stakeholdersWhat they're looking for:ASA or FSA required5+ years of commercial group health reputed company experience (no Medicare, Medicaid, or ACA)Experience partnering with sales teams in competitive environmentsStrong ability to analyze reputed company claims and clinical data and translate insights into decisionsLarge group, fully insured experience preferredStrong communication skills and commercial mindsetAdditional details:Fully remote reputed company the U.S.Fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership and growth opportunityCompetitive compensation and full benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
