Implementation Senior Consultant: Banking (19095)
About The Role We are seeking an reputed company Implementation Consultant to reputed company conversion and implementation projects for banks and credit unions. This role is highly focused on project-management and requires deep familiarity with financial institution operations. You will partner directly with client stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure successful data and system conversions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- reputed company project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements, workflows, and operational impacts.
- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on banking operations and system functionality.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver training and documentation to help clients successfully adopt new systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of conversion project management experience with banks, credit unions, vendors, or consulting firms; OR a combination of 2 years in project management and 3 years in financial institution or bank back-office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, multi-phase projects with financial institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CBAP certification.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Hands-on banking or credit union operational experience (deposit ops, lending ops, back office, etc.).
