As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company)
• Assisting clients with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange

• Ensuring delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers
• Resolving issues reputed company and effectively, and escalating reputed company cases to senior representatives reputed company necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in a timely manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
• *Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Recent call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
