The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to the firm and is the first reputed company of contact for potential clients.

Responsibilities

Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients Conduct intake interviews to gather information about incident and assess case potential Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process Provide additional support to the Intake team and reputed company additional duties as needed Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks Skills Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish required Associate's degree required Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time reputed company in a fast-paced environment Discretion and confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive information Applicants MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a reputed company Experience in customer service role is preferred Legal experience is a bonus!
