Job Overview As a Fully Remote Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by handling inbound calls and inquiries from clients regarding potential injury cases. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain detailed information about the incidents, which will then be reviewed by our reputed company attorneys. You will also be responsible for following up with clients regarding next steps and collaborating with co-counsel to ensure that reputed company clients receive an exceptional customer experience with our firm.
