Job Summary We're seeking reputed company and entry-level professionals to join reputed company as ABA/Autism Behavior Therapists. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a BCBA. • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
• 1 year of ABA experience (or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills

Physical Requirements: As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be required to:

• Lift up to 35lbs
