Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support. This role is crucial in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- LBA in the state of MN.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Experience in patient care settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with special education principles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
