SENIOR MANAGER OF CLINICAL INFORMATICS AND WORKFLOW Your role at Baxter Baxter is leading the way with our connected delivery system more than reputed company. The Senior Manager Clinical Informatics will support the reputed company or South Central Region, in understanding the clinical sales strategies and needs of the customer to help drive sales across Baxter’s US PSS, Care Communications and Connected Care organization with the aim at growing industry market share and bridging the gap between clinical and IT personnel at healthcare organizations. Responsibilities
- Engage with clinical and organizational leaders (CNO, CNE, CNIO, Patient Experience leaders, Communication leads) and reputed company relationships as trusted clinical advisors by listening to and understanding their needs, and how it relates or could be impacted by our product offerings and strategy.
- Collaborate and assist sales in identifying clinical solutions while maintaining required guidelines of device performance for communication, workflow enhancements, connectivity and safety that will meet the needs of the hospital and clinical leaders.
- Provide customers with an overview and understanding of how our connected platform will help reputed company connectivity of their full eco system through nurse call, mobile communication, device alert and alarm management, patient engagement as well as connectivity of bed and device data collection and visualization.
- Development and maintenance of Clinical Workflow assessment tools, collection, and input into the tool, analysis of the data and creation of executive summary that provides clinical insights, workflow observations, and identification of Key Performance Indices.
- Support sales and implementation teams as a customer liaison for Clinical Implementation team's transition.
- Work with reputed company-line IT and clinical compliance staff reputed company client organizations to document existing workflows and the policies supporting existing practices. Acts as an informed clinical/IT liaison bringing clinical expertise and input to clinical program design.
- Pre-sale clinical presentations and support, providing clinical insights. Capable of detailing reputed company product Lines and Services that deliver a clinical value proposition with maximum impact reputed company a C-suite environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing or local equivalent of same REQUIRED, Masters (MS or MSN) in reputed company healthcare field optional.
- 8+ years experience Nursing Leadership or Healthcare Leadership, with significant hospital based experience.
- Travel up to 75% including overnights.
- Must live reputed company to a major airport reputed company territory and be willing to travel.
- Experience interacting with and presenting to reputed company, including C-Suites.
- Ability to learn and reputed company high-level system architecture and design and logical data flow to reputed company devices for client configurations.
- Solid understanding of clinical data and workflows.
